Is meeting women hard for you to do? Do you feel afraid when it comes to meeting women? And is that fear keeping you from succeeding and keeping you lonely and alone?

Even if you didn’t have the best experiences as you were developing, it’s not too late to take control of your love life and overcome your irrational fears about meeting women. Just because you weren’t an “early bloomer,” doesn’t mean you still can’t become a real ladies man!

What you need to start doing right now is re-learn how to talk to women, and you’ll have to be willing to re-examine your current beliefs and attitudes that might be holding you back from success and change them to make meeting women easier.

But that’s difficult for most guys to do. It’s no problem to say you want to learn how to meet women easily, but it’s doing the work that’s the hardest part. You need to want it badly enough!

Don’t be one of those guys who let’s fear keep him from meeting the type of woman he’s always dreamed about.

When an opportunity with an attractive lady presents itself, take it! Say something to her, even if you don’t know what you should say. Just start talking.

Ask her for directions. Ask for her opinion on something. Playfully tease her about something she’s wearing or something she’s doing.

Don’t get hung up on what you’re going to say, just go over and talk to her. Don’t give yourself time to talk yourself out of it. Make the decision to act and follow through. (If you need to, memorize a few interesting stories about your life if you need something to talk about.)

Understand that the simple act of walking up to a girl and talking to her makes you a winner! Because you’re able to do something that 80% of the other guys out there would be too afraid to do! Even if you strike out, or fail to get the phone number or a date, you’re still a winner. The simple act of being able to meet any woman will greatly increase your chances of finding that one special girl, and in the end, isn’t that the real goal?

Every one will put their two cents in.

You instantly become the ringleader of the group. So you have the power to take the conversation in any direction you choose.

Now you can hit on the girl and her friends won’t care. That’s because they see you as part of her social circle.

One more tip: make sure your energy level is slightly higher than the group. Otherwise, you’ll bring down their energy level and they’ll get bored.

Likewise, if your energy level is too high, you’ll jar them.

Either way, they’ll ask you to leave.

It’s happened to us all…

You are attracted to a woman.

But there is a little problem…

You’re about to learn one of them that comes from the pick up artist Swinggcat. He calls it a “Tension Loop.”

A Tension Loop is when you do something to create unresolved emotional tension inside a woman, increase it, release it by bringing closure to it, and then spark it all over again. This will keep her feeling the emotion of wanting and reaching and chasing for more of you.

Soap opera writers use Tension Loops to keep women enraptured in their fictitious dramas for months – sometimes years! The structure is always the same. The soap starts off with some form of conflict or drama, sparking unresolved emotional tension. Emotional tension increases up until the point of the climax. The tension, then, is released by bringing some resolution to the conflict or drama. And, finally, the show ends by sparking the tension all over again, compelling women to tune in for next week’s show.

Within the context of dating and flirting, this tension becomes sexualized.

My favorite Swinggcat Tension Loop is Push-Pull.

Push-Pull is whenever you emotionally Push a girl away from you and then emotionally Pull her back in.

Each Push sparks emotional tension and each Pull releases it.

Let’s look at an example of Push-Pull.

Flatter a female with, “You have the most gorgeous smile I’ve seen tonight.”

She’ll gush, “Thank you.”

Then say, “Actually you have the fourth best smile I’ve seen tonight. I’m gonna call you number four.”

She’ll demand, “I wanna be number one.”

Respond with, “Because you’re feisty, you just moved up to # 3.”

She may whine, “But I wanna be # 1.”

Warn, “If you keep complaining I’m demoting you back down to # 4.

You already had your first, second or third date and you’re more than ready to take things to the next level. But how about her? The minute that a woman agrees to go out with you, she already has an idea about how she wants the night to end. The more that you two sleep together, the more involved she will be.

If you’re not ready for a commitment yet, you can still unleash the inner Casanova in you and take your leave – but without making her feel used or making her think that you’re only after the sex. If you are in her place, cuddle for a while but take your leave before it gets too late and she’ll ask you to spend the night. If she does offer, tell her that there’s a really important meeting that you need to attend early in the morning. On the other hand, if she is in your place, offer to drive her home after a reasonable amount of time so you won’t have to deal with the morning after.

On the other hand, if you feel that you’re ready for her to make such demands from you, go ahead and take full advantage of your first night together. Use your Casanova instincts to spend the night and take a sexy shower with her in the morning which is the usual way that men know how to get girls. Prepare breakfast for her, offer to walk or drive her to work – and maybe even setup your next get together. Just remember that the more that you sleep with each other, the more she will demand from you – so make sure that you’re ready to take the leap before deciding to go beyond the ‘dating couple’ tag.
