Are you alone again? Has your partner left for good? It is hard to believe it’s over, only emptiness, fills the days. Why did this happen, why did he crack? Was it something I did? I was coming home with good news though I know it was getting late. He was all I ever dreamed of now I’m lonely and confused.

It’s the end of the line for Ben and Sara, their relationship, is done. What seemed so unbreakable is over for good. Their love had been instant nothing seemed to be wrong, they had even begun marriage plans and joked about how many kids they would have. It all seemed so perfect, their friends saw them that way but underneath the cracks were beginning to show. The problem was the relationship Ben had before he met Sara. He caught his girlfriend cheating one night and had never gotten over it. Ben loved this girl and thought she was the one so you can imagine the shock he felt when he came home that night. Ben’s insecurities were about to begin.

Sara looked at her watch and she knew she was late she could not wait to tell Ben the news of her raise. What happened next completely blew her mind as she saw Ben waiting inside the door. He began shouting and accusing her of being out with another guy, his fists tightly clenched, Sarah felt very scared. If only she had seen the earlier signs, too many emails while she was at work, constant questioning about her whereabouts. Are you feeling that dj vu feeling by now? Ben’s blatant jealousy had erupted at last forcing Sara to leave apparently for good.

Another relationship ended almost before it had begun. What a shame Ben had not sorted his feelings of insecurity before meeting Sara. Ben was not entirely alone for Sara’s ex partner was a very jealous man and she had been on the end of his vicious attacks many a time Feeling she was in the same place she had ended their relationship and planned not to go back. When the dust had settled Sara felt so alone, she missed Ben and knew she was not going to give up without a fight. Ben was heartbroken and he blamed himself totally, he could not imagine Sara forgiving him, not for this. But Sara was positive their love could be regained it was a matter of showing each other that the past stuff was dead.

Ben and Sara are back together and working through the issues that had destroyed all their trust. They had something special and they wanted it back. Bravo to them they beat the statistics and proved you can get your ex back. By getting help that is available so much these days they were able to mend this love affair and move onto the next level. Sara emailed Ben each day until he agreed to meet her and talk. They knew upon meeting it was worth another shot.
